we don't always provide free shipping, however, we sometimes do when running a promotion.

can i cancel my order?

we aim to ship orders out the next working day, so we can't guarantee that we can cancel your order.

email us at customerservice@byatbaby.com with your order number & state that you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order and we will confirm via email if it was cancelled or not.

what if an item i want is out of stock?

sometimes we can run out of items, on the product page you can sign up to receieve a notification when a product comes back in stock

can i exchange my order?

unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. we advise you to return your order and order the item you want whilst waiting for your refund.

how do i return my order?

all items are eligible for return except personalised items (unless faulty/damaged) - please see how to return your order here
